Il Mostro mangia pantofole is a book written by Alberto Bellini and illustrated by me that tells the
story of the unique and sweet friendship, born between a friendly Monster and an extraordinary
little girl named Marta.
Everyone asks the same question: what does a monster eat? Children? No kidding. Real monsters
eat slippers! And if they are foodies, they don’t miss dessert: a tasty bedtime story. Marta knows
this, because in the woods she met one. The thing is, monsters are scared to death of children. How

On the occasion of Lucca Comics and Games 2024, I was a guest of the fair together with the
Slipper Eating Monster, to make a workshop a workshop suitable for children and their families, on
